Medicinal ingredients: Matricaria chamomilla (Chamomile)

Non medicinal ingredients: Althaea Officinalis Extract (marsmallow root), Date flavour, Glycerine, Grape flavour, Purified water, Sambucus canadensis (elderberry) fruit extract

Infants: 7-12 months, 0.125 ml, 3 to 4 times a day.
Children 1-3 years old: 0.16 ml, 3 to 4 times a day.
Children 4-8 years old, 0.25 ml, 3 to 4 times a day.
Adolescents 9-13 years old, 0.5 ml, 3 to 4 times a day.
Adolescents 14-18 years old, 0.75 ml, 3 to 5 times a day.
Adults 19+, 1 ml, 3 to 4 times a day.

Can be consumed on its own or can be added to water or juice. Shake before use.
